Did you ever wonder what happened with the MN State High School League's "Transgender Student Athlete Policy"?

Ever since MSHSL passed their "transgender student athlete policy" in December, A LOT of you have been asking:

  • What does it mean?
  • How will this policy affect my child?
  • What can we do about it?

We have a brand-new MSHSL page on our website, answering all these questions, legal analysis on the policy, and more.

CHECK IT OUT HERE!

...And did you hear about St. Paul Public Schools' "Transgender Policy"?

Yep, another one.

In the wake of MSHSL's policy (as a result of it), St. Paul Public Schools is now considering an even BROADER policy that would, among other things:

  • Fully comply with MSHSL's policy, allowing students to choose the athletic team they want based upon their "gender identity"

  • Allow students to choose the bathroom, shower, locker room, etc. they want based upon their "gender identity"

  • Prohibit teachers from grouping students by "boys and girls" or really talking about "boys and girls" without a "compelling educational reason to do so..."

Remember, these types of policies will become more common in our state if we do nothing. Other schools will certainly follow St. Paul's precedent.

2. Ask your MN Legislators to take a stand for students' basic privacy & safety rights!

It's obvious that children will love their school more when they know that their privacy and safety rights will be protected, not cast aside to satisfy a political agenda.

Join us in asking Minnesota Legislators to protect students' basic privacy and safety rights!

Transgender policies like the MN State High School League's "transgender student athlete policy" and St. Paul Public Schools' even broader "transgender policy" harm the privacy and safety rights of ALL children.

Let's make sure students can love their school because they feel safe and their privacy is protected while they're there.
